Whoever bag Billie better just buy stock in scrunchie or whatever. Keep that girl in hair ties; carry them around on you in case hers break. The difference between hair down and up with her is insane. Maybe she's noticing that herself, too, given recent pictures
Billie come off like that girl who was always cool/quirky/the 'personality' type growing up, who fukked around and got kinda hot, and even she's kinda surprised by it. Those be the best ones, because they aren't vapid and used to getting by on looks in place of being an actual person, but they're also so new to it that they haven't learned to weaponize their appearance yet and end with a stable of simps on call. Like, you could be in the afterglow and pass the weed pen back and forth and joke about nonsense and it'd be a hella fun use of time.
It's weird, but the less they're on TV, the better off Billie seems to be getting. Maybe it's the WWE cameras?
