Kendrick is very popular and talented. but he doesn't seem to have as much of the cross over appeal.
I can picture soccer moms playing snoop dogg, nelly and lil wayne songs at a highschool pep rally. Or at the gym while they walk in the treadmill.
But i feel like Kendrick is more for hiphop heads. If he was more controversial like Easy E or tupac he'd be the upper stratosphere of popularity, or he could just dumb down his music a bit more, be more pop, and make stuff popular for clubs more often. but i don't think he'd want to do either

everybody who knows who Drake is knows who Kendrick Lamar is, and vice versa, and since we all know Drake is a household name I think it's safe to say Kendrick is too. He's not underground.
