Eminem went FROM 2 mil to 300k... so how is that a win?

Most of these rappers you mentioned are doing record numbers. That's a W for them. And they don't have the built-in home field advantage of being white.
Nobody is selling 2million like that in this era those days are gone it’s a win cause he selling a lot of records 20 years later

400k in the "streaming era" is not amazing for a white man who once sold 1.7 million in a week during a time when you actually had to walk outside of your house and buy a physical copy.

300k for Eminem is not equal to 300k for Cole or Kendrick or your average black rapper. You cacs on here brainwashed as fucc :mjlol:

Em has a crazy large core fanbase. These 1st week #’s are impressive.

However, I don’t think these numbers will hold over weeks.

Social media has been kinda quiet about the album.

MMLP2 might’ve done around 800k but I’m still somewhat amazed by the strength of his fan base and a lot has changed in 4-5 years

I still have to ask myself if Nas for example could double his first week by taking shots at everyone in the game on his album. Cause that’s all I’ve been hearing about in hiphop media.
