Part of me wants him to drop and get picked up by a team ready to win and hit the ground running. It would suck to see him lose out on that high pick money, but the long term money he'd stand to make by tearing up the league early would more than make up for it. I'm not gonna waste breath on Polian's (and the NFL's) inherent ism. It's going to take what its always taken; results. The QB position is the last bastion for white dominance in the biggest sport in this country so it'll be the one most hotly guarded by those who want it to stay that way. So we just have to do what we've always done; be too good to be denied. At some point GM's, coaches, and coordinators aren't going to be cool getting fired merely to preserve the whiteness of the position. Winning and money have always been the bottomline in this league. Sooner or later, in a copycat league, black QBs will be what starts being copied
