I don't think they will ever stop casting blacks. At least blacks in stereotypical roles. It accomplishes multiple things. Mentally these slave movies make non strong minded blacks feel powerless and give whites a false sense of power. It also gives other minorities a false sense of power because they can think "well at least I'm not black".
From a business standpoint though blacks only make up 12-13% of the population, movies with black actors outsell those of any other minority on average. Since there still is profit the movies will still be made.
Getting caught up in these awards is a losing game though. Begging for acceptance you instantly lose power. I would rather all these actors complaining about awards put their money together and put out their own movies.

I feel like we know one thing : These people fukking
hate us, more than we can imagine.
After that, it's just a matter of, do they want to 1) Continue to push out propaganda that has a negative effect on us, or 2) Just marginalize us to the point where it's like we don't exist.
Like I said, I most think these people just want us gone from the public eye as much as possible....but you're probably right, there will always be room for some fukkshyt.
Either way, I still feel like our best days our behind us, less we get our act together (And this goes for more than just entertainment).
