The cut on his head and the fukked up entrance made me think he was loopy from the start.
The shoulder to the ring post spot didn't even look bad to me from what I saw but maybe I missed it.
It made the match compelling to me. It was a clever way to make Goldberg sell the whole time. Then they started blowing spots.

This match should have been the exact same as the Lesnar goldberg match at wrestlemania, in terms of impact and shortness of it

Yeah it was quick but he hit the damn post with his head. That's why he was bleeding. He likely got a concussion and that's why everything was off after. That and combined with old age isn't going make things better.
That’s the thing about Goldberg.
He’s still explosive even at 50 he just doesn’t have that governor switch in his head that says pace yourself like you need to develop as you get old.
He could still be used in small doses problem is if he toned down the way he does everything in ring from 0-100 he’d lose his gift
