I don't understand how he was found not guilty but then retried in Pennsylvania and found guilty for the same crime.

The benefit of the doubt isn’t supposed to go to the
accuser it’s supposed to go to the accused. It’s supppsed to be innocent until proven guilty not guilty until proven innocent. Too bad we live in a system of white supremacy where laws/rights are arbitrary based on race.

Innocent until proven Guilty only applies to a courtroom. I don't need to pass the bar to say if I think Pill Cosby is or ain't shyt. That being said, I'm with you in that the legal system in this country is fukking disgusting, and needed to be tossed out and changed loooooooooooooong ago.

He wasn't found not guilty it was a mistrial, the fix was in for the second trial as evidence of the biased juror who was allowed to stay on. They did find him not guilty in the first one but the judge made them stay until they changed.
