Believe it or not, testimony is proof. Those things you named make a case stronger absolutely, but please do not fool yourself into thinking testimony from a witness is not evidence as well.

I know it is, but in this instance, it is opportunistic, all of the victims want a check, so it isn't about justice.
I know it sounds cliché but the thing that bothers me is why did they wait so long you gotta think Cosby was in his Prime career wise 70s-80s why not reveal this then and charge him like they tryna do now?

Typical of many rape victims. Shame. Blaming themselves. If the Me Too is brought anything positive to the table, it's that women are usually not believed in rape accusations or at least the women think they will not be believed.
Celebrity is a powerful deterrent. Who to believe? Respectable and funny TV dad or some unknown women who may just be lying, looking for fame or a quick buck.
As with Cosby, some women came over a decade earlier before this guilty verdict. They weren't believed or prosecutors thought they couldn't win this case.
I don't know why they don't get this shyt, he only admitted to getting them. These women said they took the pills voluntarily.

Nah when he came with the cosby show they could have got him. He took a break in 1992 then came back in 1996, they could have gotten him during the four yr hiatus.
When his son died in 1997 and that chick came out and lied that cosby was her dad, that was the best time to come out, when he was vunerable and they didn't, that's how i know this whole shyt is a farce.
Netflix announced that he has a bunch of specials coming out and a new tv show then all of a sudden this hannibal burress shyt happens.
A lot of people don't know that cosby and his wife have a big beef with oil companies in that town in PA for a couple of yrs now because their property is surrounded by oil. This is what they are trying to get, that land with oil reserves.

80's Cosby was at the height of his power and celebrity.
Old geizer Cosby was less invincible. He had made many enemies within the black community. That was at least enough to bring the charges before a court of law. But not enough for a conviction.
Me Too movement finally pushed it over the edge for the retrial.
