No, it was Suge. Wack100 came up under Suge, he's incredibly biased. Suge paid 13k for the Biggie hit, put 26k on a card, and this was directed by Shaniytha Knight, while Suge was in custody. Wardell Poochie Fouse was the triggerman, and was killed several years later in Compton. The rest are just misdirection, confusion, conspiracies and the ramblings of bad sources.

edit: I remembered incorrectly, Wack was affiliated with Suge post prison. he's wrong, and misleading nevertheless.

Also, IIRC, Dave Mack was a former LAPD and he was involved in the shooting. Biggie's case was closed while Pac's case is still ongoing. Cops aren't going to discriminate themselves if one of their own is a crook. Suge ordering the hit with Bloods makes more sense.
