Some day a storm is gonna hit that part of the world and wash them all away. We dont know anything about disaster on that scale here.

shyt blows my mind to imagine a storm of 200mph winds. isn't that tornado level shyt?...but this is a hurricane and it affects a much larger area. wouldn't bodies literally just be flying everywhere?

Not to sound thataintshytish but all im really saying is the media pushed it as a majority like most or more than half of the population

I just dont get the hyping it up like that when it wasnt that like its a movie or something

1,833 people died in Hurricane Katrina.
285 people died in Hurricane Sandy.

Remember how much media coverage those storms got? Now imagine 10,000 people dying. Imagine 10,000 people in New York City dying.

yea thats true but those are different situations i think, katrina was underplayed and turned into an even worse disaster from lack of aid, sandy was being hyped up alot too and was more tame as well

10 000 is alot though, there was almost 3,000 people killed in 9/11 so triple that

The fact that the death toll reached that high shows you that they don't care. Some of these official even said that the people shoulda checked the goverment website to be more prepared but forgot that most family from those areas can't even afford electricity.

Trust me I live here in the Philippines
how was your area affected

this thread needs to be stickied.

1. george bush don't care about black people, benigno "noynoy" aquino iii don't care about phillipines people. after the people of phillipines get through this tragedy he needs to be held full accountable for not warning and preparing for this tragedy cause word on the street is...

2. t....here could be about 100,000 people dead. but the philippines govt now is holding back the numbers.
