breakfast is definitely a scam. i think the restaurant industry invented breakfast (probably with the help of you know who) as an excuse to charge us for an extra meal. back in the day, nobody ate breakfast but the king. it sucked but thats the way life was. at least until the visitors came
but thats another story, for another time and another place. breakfast is a scam. dont be a sucker. eat lunch, dinner, then thirdmeal. just do lunch early in the morning to get your day started. i like eggs in my morning lunch. maybe some bacon. orange juice. belgian waffles. that kinda thing.
