Yep. Him, Shula and Cam. Happy for all of them...and I been critical of each one of them at some point myself.

Not sure it it is intentional but big ups should also be given to their GM. They realized that the way to win in this league is to build from the front 7 outwards. Offensive skill position players are some of the most fungible assets in the NFL and they did well not to fall into the trappings of paying huge contracts to WRs and RBs. Just too bad Smitty isn't around for this
It helps to have the best QB in the league, of course

That one year we kept him when Chip was probably looking for the Panthers job I was kinda tight....won't even lie. Glad it worked out like it did though. He's a good CEO type coach and both his coordinators grew into their roles too.
