1- U had foreknowledge of the murder (probably not illegal)

2- U had foreknowledge of the murder, and helped facilitate it with Kerry Latham

3- U sent the hit

The most likely scenario is #2, based on his relationship with Kerry Latham, his interview with Kerry Latham, the YouTube vids showing Kerry flashing money (you probably don’t know about that do you), and the fact U was the one who sent Nip to the store.

These guys get on podcasts and say anything. They'll tell a lie if it makes them get more views so relying on what they said as evidence is shakey at best. Best to treat what they say as rumors and gossip unless you see them charged for something because that means there's physical evidence and/or witness testimony behind it.
