Nah man.....The CI is someone in their inner circle. There's probably like 5 CI, or cooperating witnesses. The complaint is 107 pages, so there is a lot of info there, way more than is public. Planning to read as soon as a link is out. Like I said common for OG's to pass some info to local gang detectives.
I have read over 1000 criminal indictments, I speak that language. They don't name the lead defendant as confidental informant, they are referring semi annoymously to the people that cooperated with the investigators. Like whoever they interviewed who said U came back to a studio covered in sweat at 3:00 AM, when they allege he smoked that kid, Rayshawn Williams.
what I am saying is not that the feds unreasonably hate on community organizers or hood outreach, that's a different convo. What I am saying is legit law enforcement hate when guys like U, who are still moving like gangsters, become these icons. Because they know what's really up. That it is like 80% bullshyt.
These indictments/criminal complaints have been ready to go for weeks, if not months, this has nothing to do with a podcast.
I mean yes the feds use what they say podcasts, music videos, rap songs, interviews, movies, but that's not the same.
Informants are members of the crew, down the line or inner circle, and most of the times both, who because of their own criminal charges, seek to get those minimized. Gang members who are felons, get caught up in a fed drug case, and rather than do an easy 20, they talk. People like Addam22 just aren't in the game. They are civilians.

I've been looking too, and can't find one. Should be a great read. 100 pages. Usually they are like 5-50 pages. Let me know if you find it, and I will post here if I do. I don't have Twitter, but someone has it on there probably. News media outlets used to post the PDF, but that doesn't happen much anymore.
