I just finished reading the Big U indictment. He's gonna have a hard time getting outta this...
First of all, he doesn't have any money to fight this shyt. The only time a sum of a million dollars is mentioned in the indictment, is the Broner dice game, and Big U's payout for getting part of the guy's money back, was a couple $100,000 payments. Logic would say at most 3 guys paid him $100,000 to get part of their money back. The $100,000 payments are literally the largest gains anywhere in the indictment...
He was clearly living beyond his means, which helps explain why he was doing so many of these extortion and robbery schemes. He had two homes plus a few businesses to care for, but didn't earn a real income to substantiate having two homes and multiple businesses. As I mentioned earlier, not that this is news, but at his core he's a goon. His hustle is taking shyt from people, but he's not a natural hustler...
And I've shared my personal views on robbers on this board before, and my own experiences with robbery...
So to that end, robbers always end up down bad if that's their hustle. It's not sustainable...
They've got him dead to rights on the extortions, various controlled payments that have him and his two RICO conspirators in the act. He's not getting off of those. Those alone certify the RICO and with the number of occasions they surveilled these extortions, + his criminal history, he's getting either an outright Life or something that amounts to Life given his age (20+ for him is All Day at 58 years old)...
So in my opinion, he's outta here. All the other crimes they'd have a more difficult time proving but they don't actually have to because they've got all the evidence in the world of the extortions, plus witnesses and informants. But they will, and are, using the other charged crimes to corroborate or intensify the RICO...
Like, Trap Mani initially told a few years ago that she coordinates prostitution with U, but then after meeting with U she went dark and hadn't cooperated since. The prostitution count largely hinges on circumstantial evidence or Mani's testimony, so if she refuses to cooperate again, that's a count they may have to dismiss. She could say she was coerced into giving a false confession...
She could say the payments U gave to her weren't actially for prostitution, they were "gifts" based on her and his sexual relationship. So I'm saying this is an example that the prostitution charge may not stick, but they won't need it to....
All the conversation about what he'd do to nikkas, him being a killer, other people saying he still kills people, is noise. And noise that the FBI pretty much knows is true, but it's just needed to paint the picture of the person in question. They aren't gonna be able to prove he killed Rayshawn Williams, unless Vey snitches on him. Bit again, they don't have to probe he killed Rayshawn, the circumstances justify the warrant and the overall RICO...
I think they have him dead on the tax and bank fraud, too. He's on record for not paying taxes, and he's on record embezzling city and federal money. Those are lesser charges but benefit the RICO...
I think the way this ends up, Big U probably tries to take this all the way, because at 58, what risk is there? They aren't offering any plea short of 20 years, at least a few of his codefendants will turn on him, and if he loses at trial it essentially ends up being the Life sentence he's gonna be offered in a plea anyway (20+)...
So he'll be sitting the next 3+ years and eventually take this to trial, which isn't a smart play to me, but he's also not the smartest guy in the building. He'll lose at trial and get an astronomical amount of time that won't even make sense because he's already a senior citizen. If I'm advising him I'd tell him take the first 20-25 that they offer and maybe you're home at 80 to live your final years out with your kids, grandkids, and great-grands. Most likely though, Big U will die in prison...
As for the codefendants in the RICO, I don't know anything about these people's criminal backgrounds. I do know they are all gonna try to distance themselves from U...
Vey and Bear Claw are the direct conspirators in the RICO. They gonna have to some kinda way prove they weren't coordinating the extortions with him, otherwise, like I said. The extortions justify the RICO and they've got too many proven instances of the extortions...
Luce Cannon's airhead wife went on Adam the other day and said he gonna get off because they basing his robbery charges off of his podcast speeches. This dummy is caught up in these plays and is captured on video as recent as this year pistol whipping mf's and bragging about it. Luce ain't getting off shyt, he gonna have to sit awhile. He'll distance himself from U but the damage is done for him...
Bricc Baby gone have to sit for awhile too, and I think it's pretty clear that he's quite possibly an informant. They've got him both coordinating and engaging in robberies, and he's the subject of other indictments. They let this nogga keep walking on shyt so they could wrap him in multiple things, he's outta here for awhile...
Tiffany Hines is caught in the act committing fraud with U, but if she has no criminal history she may get off light. Mani already admitted she's a pimp/madam, she may have to wear that....
Eugene is clearly outta here, though!
