Tag titles defended on both shows is the move. You can't have a mid card title defended on both shows because it would kill the credibility and prestige of the main titles.
Maybe:

WWE Women's Championship (defended on both shows)
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship (both shows)
WWE Women's ???? Championship (both shows)

THAT could work.

I've already made up my mind that the first women's tag champs will be Bailey/Sasha as a way to appease them for not being the main champs. Sasha got robbed. Them cacs really fukking with Carmella and Bliss.
