He wasn't yelling in the direction of any official. He yelled quickly and showed some frustration. You can't give him a technical foul there, but this is Silver's NBA.

He was literally running in the complete opposite direction of the official so he WOULDN'T yell at him. I don't see how you could justify that being a technical foul, especially in a close playoff game.
