Tammy the broad who was with Bleu first and then got with meech. She's also the one alleged to have been setting nikkas up, getting them locked up to get meech home. Theyre saying to avoid having his name in paperwork big meech basically had her doing it because she's a civilian.

It's a dirty dirty game breh. A person has to be a fool to participate in the illegal life now. You don't only have to dodge police, but you have to dodge snitches. Not just snitches you don't know but people you think are your partners. Not just your partners on the street or going thru trial...now you have to worry about nikkas who've been locked up 10, 15 years and decide they want to go home running a play to get you jammed up. So that instead of a life sentence they only do 20 years.

For those who don't understand here it is:
Your plug (Meech) gets sentenced on a kingpin charge. He gets a life sentence.
You don't get caught up and you're still doing your thing. Being careful, staying low key.
Meech used call you small fry and stunt on you but now he's locked up for life. He starts feeling a way because his wife getting dug out and after 10 years she's done riding with him.
He turns to one his side chick's he used get money with and tells her he can still help her get money because he know plugs out there. All she have to do is link up with nikkas who still looking for that dope and he'll plug them with the plug.
He then talks to an agency, the State or DEA, etc., and tell them he'll help them get X number of dealers off the street for a reduction in sentence and his name not being in paperwork. The agency agrees.
Now he's instructing the girl who to plug the dealers with on the outside. He's setting up the play but he's telling the laws too. So the laws have the Intel and make the arrest.
The dealer who is arrested is going to copout to 20 instead of trial where he'd get 100 years. Then it's something about he never sees the name of the informant because he copped out, not until 10-15 years later when he does his appeal.
The girl is a civilian so she doesn't mind her name being in the paperwork at sentencing, but the mastermind you won't see until appeal. Apparently this tactic became popular in the feds, it's a 15.45 code or something like that. Gangster Williams been speaking on it. He said nikkas been lining up to do this to get out.
Alotta nikkas going be shocked when they see who set them up at their appeal. It's about to get ugly out here when it's found out who's been ratting.
