Everywhere...You never there.
I might get some slack for this, I preferred Return of 4eva over KWH. Both are classic, IMO. 4eva and a Day was great, and it’s been slightly downhill in quality to me, each tape since, but I still have loved every project.

I’m even a fan of Live From the Underground. There were some cuts on there, especially towards the end of the tape

Every now and then , I consider whether Ro4E is a tad better ... I get why you’d say that because it’s more polished . Classic intro ... classic moments on there, too. I just dig the energy on KWH more . But that’s the only other Krit project that can even enter the discussion as “classic” ...

KWH and Ro4E are the only Krit projects I revisit occasionally and run back through . I feel like you hear those two, you’ve heard everything else :manny:

I felt the same, the beat doesn’t knock like it could and I would expect from Krit. Interesting to see the direction he takes from here.

Something about his 808s and drums just feel off, still. I've heard him talk before about going to clubs and hearing shyt that knocked harder than his old shyt, and how he wanted to add that...but it still feels like it's missing.

The only nikkas that move me

Add Spitta and Kendrick to that list and its the same for me.

What's crazy is I grew up on 80's east coast rap and now Southern/Midwest and Cali rappers are the only ones bringing that feeling to the music.

His ONLY classic , imo .

Hopefully this comes close to KWH. That was his Illmatic .

I was pretty much done with his stuff after the 3rd joint . :manny:
What? I might be in the minority but I actually like Return Of 4Eva better then Krit Wuz Here.

They are both classics though and I'm proud to say I own an autographed copy of Krit Wuz Here.

Bro I typed my reply to him before I read your post. I agree with you 110 percent. With the exception that his tapes went down hill, his last album probably his best work yet imo.

Can't wait for this album. Krit one of the coldest rappers and producers in the game.

His videos are even better than everybody elses. If you black and from the South and was raised in the church that video should've spoke to you.

Energy was even sick. Whoever does the cinematography in his videos is on point.

i think its finally his time :wow:

i liked energy better than this new song tho, but regardless im ready for the incoming heat

He'll have his day in the sun in a few years, when budding artists from the South want to feature a Southern legend on their tapes.

It's crazy that KRIT is approaching living legend status in hip hop. There's really no argument for him not being in the top 5-10 OAT in the South. He dominated the past decade off quality alone.

KRIT is a legend? :comeon:
