At no point was Cole ever better. And he's a better rapper to me too. KRIT knows how to do that shyt way better than both of them.I can say so far that Krit is definitely a better rapper/producer than Cole at this point.
I would even say rivals Kendricks in lyrical ability as well.
KRIT actually makes beats people want to buy.
The live production on here is RIDICULOUS. It sounds SO good.
I believe its due to KRIT being a produce first rapper second. He made this album feel in sync and feels effortless on his end.
Look at how many rapper before him did double albums filled with filler, no pun.

It's like KRIT dropped a compilation of two year's worth of music, but like you said managed to keep it cohesive with themes and creative direction.
This is the best pure Southern album since SLLF imo

I personally think he's a better rapper than Cole based on his voice alone, and the fact that he doesn't sound like he's trying to hard when it comes to spitting. And he's far ahead of Cole as a producer, that shouldn't even be a debate.
As far as Kendrick, the only difference between the two is that Krit doesn't have any songs where his voice is an outright nuisance to listen to. You won't hear Krit sounding like the male Nicki Minaj at any point in his rapping, thank God. And that's not knocking Kendrick either, as him limiting that shyt on GKMC and DAMN is what made those albums so good.
