3 years ago I had KRIT, J. Cole, and Kendrick on the same level....

The other two made that next step while it seemed like KRIT was content with making good ass mixtapes

The 1st album was a disappointment in my eyes, it was weaker than all of the mixtapes he dropped...

But this song me hyped again, seems like he motivated to get his respect and make his mark. Hopefully he can find a balance between aggressive shyt and laid back songs and make a dope album.

song is nice. I lost a little faith in dude after the last album.

I assume you talking about "Live From The Undergroud"? I never understood this talking point about Krit though. He dropped 3 straight classics in my mind. His album was a let down no doubt, but it wasn't nothing about it that made me feel like Krit had fell off or lost his actual rapping or producing talent. Album was uneven and felt stale considering the music he had already dropped, but it wasn't even trash like some are making it seem. It had it's share of dope ass cuts, but it was definitely his worst release. My biggest concern with Krit is his ability to be at his best on his commercial Def Jam releases since they don't seem willing to pay for or clear samples for dude. His production is highly dependent on samples and you call tell that his album suffered from him not being able to use them.

He needs to capitalize off the momentum of this song and release a video for it or a video for another song. He needs to get the buzz going quick and give us a release date before July. His music is meant for Summer time, windows down, riding around so I hope he gets this project off the ground instead of fishing for a hit he probably will never make

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Just went over 4Eva N A Day, Krit Remembered in Time and Live From The Underground.

I appreciate those albums/tapes more today than i did upon release.

Compared to the other stuff coming out nowadays, it's truly a breath of fresh air.

Live posted some of his best productions... sounds so crisp and fresh. Like Dre took the helm and polished them up.

But Bobbie Miles alone should make anybody a fan.

That sample is :ohlawd:

KRIT aint bad but man is he overhyped online.

nikka is about a 7.5 in this rap shyt.....but in a sea of 4s and lower, I guess that makes all the difference:yeshrug:

Man... Big K.R.I.T. has been on a tear lately! Been putting out some serious bangerz here! I've always liked and respected the fact that he does his own production for all his songs, on top of him being a dope MC. There hasn't been one wack project that he's dropped. This song goes hard and you sense the hunger he has on here. Can't wait for Cadillactica to drop.

P.S. Big K.R.I.T. and Outkast need to collaborate together asap!
