People are acting like he's obsessed, but this exchange started because he was asked who was better: Jay Z or Pac. The questioned was premised with the interviewer explaining that Billboard had Jay Z at #1 as the greatest rapper of all time. All of these videos is Gipp's response to the question split up into parts.

If Gipp were a poster on The Booth making the same statements, he'd be be getting 100's of days and +reps.

I don't agree with some of his statements, but he's basically reiterating a bunch of claims that people have made against Jay for ages.
