His character needs tweaked, not even necessarily a heel turn and get him into his original attire and please give him some knee pads

Saying he should’ve never held it feels dramatic. At the end of the day Big E was the 54th WWE Champion, and he didn’t look out of place in the main event scene or with the title. He just became a casualty of Roman’s current run, and wasn’t given the time to prove himself as champion. He didn’t have any defining feuds or spotlight on him as champion and I think judging by the fact we’ve just seen Brock Lesnar speed run through the main event picture the last 2 PPVs for the sake of his feud with Roman, it should prove that everybody is expendable rn in service of that rivalry.
Big E, Lashley, Rollins, Styles, etc. Everybody. Give Big E another shot somewhere down the line and I think he’ll be able to prove he belongs at the top, certainly his work ethic outside the ring proves that already

Kofi’s reign was excellent. He was a fighting champion that was booked very strongly, having very good matches with a host of guys, and his finisher was as protected as the Tombstone. The problem was it’s horrific ending, and he never even got a rematch and didn’t ever sniff another title shot until Lashley had it the first time.If we keeping a buck Kofi and Big E got burned during their reigns. Big E was out there doing introductions for Tyson Fury.. The problem was with the booking
The thing that rubbed me off the wrong way about that finish was that it made Kofi look like a rental champion because of that damn Lesnar match with Valasquez

Perfect not winning the WWF nor WCW World belt is still one of the biggest examples of trash booking back in the day. Perfect with the WWF title anytime between 91-93 would have easily been one of the best champs ever.
He also should’ve been the one to end Goldberg streak and win the title from him. Went perfectly (don’t ask me how) with his Perfect character.
Hall was strange because he actually had backstage pull and just chose not to use it.

That's a million dollar face, and the heel turn after a couple years woulda been even greater. In a perfect world they would have dialed down his New Day-ish type shyt, been treated serious with a more serious character. Right about now he could have that status and resume of Lashley, and could have been a choice (along with Lashley and others) to face one of the top two stars (Reigns and Brock) at Wrestlemania, and could have been made into a legit star in the tier just underneath those two...
But they tried him out as the B-show world champ, made him act as the kid accessible face champ, didn't go over well for obvious reasons, and buried him to Bolivia now, where he might not even have a match at WM, and probably will never been seen as a main eventer ever again.

His character won't change unless he wants it too, people there spending money liked him and that's what matters to the 'E. Serious acting or not he would've been food to Brock cause that's one of Vince's go to's.

It’s not worth it to change the character. Big E as he is has crossover appeal. He’s probably thinking about life after wrestling. Dudes charisma can get him places. I’d personally love to see him commentate some type of sporting event
