Little thing about the human body....you don't get bigger as you get older. You're always losing a small percent of muscle and fat as you get older. Some people a lot, some very little. The point being, you don't get bigger, and if you do, you'd have to but on more fat aka bulk, which you would then have to transform into muscle, while still retaining a lot of fat. Basically, strongmen have this build all the time. Not only are they on roids, but they bulk in order to have huge muscles to compete in those ridiculous strength tournaments.
A lot of honest users of PEDs go into it, you can youtube this. But basically the adage goes; only two kinds of people have six packs...the starving, and the roided up.

Rock called Vin to congratulate him on the previous movie. Rock did not BEG Vin for the movie role in that convo. No where in that video did he say Rock called and asked to come along either. Vin even said this was long before Hobbs was even in the picture.
Vin was intrigued by the idea of having Rock in the movie after hearing from one of his facebook friends, Jan Kelly. He said it in the video, he said it last year, he said it last week.
It was then where it was discussed to switch over the role over to Rock from Tommy Lee after seeing that from Jan.
