To be fair, the climate of that era was "hurr durr, womenz wrestling lolz..PULL t*ts". Every single channel, it was some frat boy Al Bundy shyt concerning women and the WWF/E pretty much catered to that demographic. WCW tried to shift the atmosphere as they invited the Joshi wrestlers to do their thing but sadly that didn't go over. If WWF/E would had more of Lita and Trish without the constant sexual bullshyt, it would have broke the neckbeard mentality real early. Thankfully, times done change yet we have a LONG way to go

All joking aside Dave should know better than to put himself in these types of spots anyway especially in 2018 when everybody is mad about everything. For a guy who goes out of his way to want to be treated like he's a legit journalist like anybody else, making weird unnecessary mentions of the womens looks should probably be something he drops
To be real, only WO subscribers were ever supposed to hear it since it's under a paywall. He actually could sue dude who leaked the audio in the tweet to Peyton if he wanted too.
BTW this outrage reminds me of all the people who piled on Impact when they didn't want to just let Matt walk into WWE or Lio Rush last year.

Yeah but thats my point, I think he was going with the grain and I would like WWE to look at themselves from that time before anyone else
