Ok since half of you aren't getting the point here, my journalistic side is taking over. THE CARMELLA STORY WAS PUT OUT BY BILL BHATTI, who runs a site that clickbaits you to his patreon, to pay money for rumors he just makes up. This story is not from a "real" reporter.

If he really got fired cuz he tried to make up wit his ex and all cause he “grabbed” her arm (loaded word), having coworkers who dont like you in first place interfering... probably dropped a joke to the 205live geek on some “yea i see you talking to my ex breh”.
