I can't get with an 8K TV when we're just getting to 4K being normal. By the time 8K is viable that TV will likely be old and there will be better ones. It's like buying a 5G cell phone today. When 5G is the norm and 5G phone bought now is gonna be trash in comparison to what's out.

That's why his post makes no sense.. These 8k TVs out now will be trash by the time 8k content comes out. Theres barely any 4k content out now unless you watch Amazon or Netflix originals..

I have cable... Most channels are 1080p... None are 4k yet... Barely any games run in full 4k.. Only 10% of movies on Netflix are in 4k.. Where's the 8k market?

Exactly.. I be sitting there like a dummy trying to make content play in 4K when most only have the option for 1080p. Just watched jack ryan and the boys on my 4K tv. One is full 1080p and the other was 4k. Not enough 4K content out there right now. 4K been a scam.
