I personally think reparations are still possible (and 100% owed) but we gotta change tactics. And this "not voting" shït shouldn't be part of it UNLESS the Electoral College is abolished and there is significant voting reform.

Withholding votes in order to assert some sort of leverage doesn't make any sense under our current system. It's like trying to fire someone before you become a manager; you don't have that leverage until that title changes. Shït just ain't gonna work.
