So what are we receiving

I know you nikkas don’t like to read and dismiss anything that doesn’t say “reparations”
but this line stuck out to me because it happens everyday to black kids who go to majority white schools or ones who have teachers that don’t understand our kids and automatically label them special education when they aren’t
(iii) addressing the inequitable treatment of Black children, such as eradicating discriminatory referrals to special education and excessive disciplinary actions;
(iv) supporting and improving data collection related to Black students and the implementation of evidence-based strategies to increase the participation and success of Black students in all levels of education and prepare them for careers and civic engagement;
I’m pretty sure many of y’all have complained about that very issue on this website monthly. I don’t trust any politician and they have to prove to me they care about the community with their actions. Hopefully this is actually executed because it will save many black students (mainly boys) from having an unnecessary record and will prevent them from being judged for something they don’t have
I enjoyed my time working with them.
