Trump executed 13 inmates on death row few months remaining into his presidency so this people were very likely to be killed once trump was sworn in.
This is applaudable from biden and everyone should give him credit he pardoned 37 out of 40 inmates on death row. guess the exceptions? dylan roof who murdered innocent black people at a church, the white supremacist who attacked jews in the tree of life synagogue mass shooting and the boston marathon bomber, carely a statement on its own , compare that to trump and JD vance who invited daniel penny for a beer and some football as reward for murdering an innocent mentally ill black man.
