No matter what happens here Chiefs can't let the Eagles get the ball back unless they get a quick score. This is where deferring is helpful and why I prefer them kicking to start the game. A score here and the ball to start the second half and a chance for the lead is a great spot to be in.

I am worried at the D tiring out cause Eagles have had all these long drives.
