These dudes are prisoners, but ain't shyt gonna happen to them kids, so I'm not sure why they would be THAT afraid. The people they get to do this shyt are model inmates, even though they might actually be killers.

As a teen on the Beyond Scared Straight tour, I would have been combing chest hairs and THANKING INMATES FOR THE PRIVILEGE...unless I knew 100% FOR SURE that my mama was somewhere in the building waiting to pick my black ass up. Then I would decline the comb and say "yew aint gone TOUCH MMMMMMMMAAAAAAY. >X-O "

If I was an inmate and a defiant child declined to comply the chest hair, then it would take every guard in the room to pull me off of beating that kid's ass. Call it community service, but I would get my licks in. The kid would learn THAT DAY.
