Solid-ish album at this point in her career but the production is the star on this one by a light year and thensome. She’s barely singing on half the songs but some of these joints will make it to the clubs and I guess that’s the goal.
I legit hope Azealia Banks is ghostwriting on this shyt because this “grown up” version of the tracks she would sing/rap over is what you’d expect her to be making if she didn’t derail her career.
Meanwhile, this album isn’t breaking any new ground and legit feels like a slightly better female version of whatever Drake just dropped. Except the Beyoncé Stans will ride this one no matter what. It’s like they saw what The Weeknd has been doing on his last two albums and said “fukk it”
