the TMZ article said the official report says ian is listed as the vicitm

but watching that video on how it started

doesn't really make sense he's the victim...unless there's more footage missing. seems like they went around him and for whatever reason, he stepped out then wailed on them. i do kinda see someone on the right like going in front of his car, and that's the one he attacks

I think one of them hit his car and he got out and spazzed on them.

Hollywood and Vine is kind of trash and idiots race the streets and it’s just a dangerous area period. We stopped taking our kids over there when we visit family in LA. Plus if you’ve seen it once you’ve seen it.

i denno, if we watch both footages, it didn't look like they hit the car
