Obviously in his prime you take Moss,that's a no brainer.....I'm not convinced Moss is that Moss no more.....all I got to go on is what he did in new england....and who's to say that it wuznt Brady and Belichecks mind that had him looking good...yea Cassells success with Moss still goes to Bellicheck...more proof he Belly can make average look great...who's to say Moss didn't become flabby and sick years ago and Bellys system had him lookin good for years....I remember that last wack season in Oakland....this ain't about me bein disgrunteled its about u cats thinkin he still got it to be a 1000 yard reciever...y'all talkin bout dudes prime still which is long gone....when Moss fails this year I'm puttin it on record he fell off in Oakland and Brady and Bellicheck held this nikkas corpse up for his years in NE....TO imo has had the more consistant career and its not due to a bellicheck system...without Belly Moss falls into the you had a spark when you started category....his career is Shawn Kemp status....that's not a insult,nice career but a failure nonetheless.
What is a failure for Moss this year according to you? Ofcourse Moss isn't THAT Moss anymore but this what you don't get about Randy Moss, his intelligence and overall skill will be what keeps him going long after he loses his athletic ability, People don't get that about Moss for some reason...
Also, Are we forgetting Moss had injuries for the majority of the time he was with Oakland? And those were his worst years and he still put up better stats than TO's worst years....
I didn't know Shawn Kemp was the 2nd best player at his position ever... 1999-2001 Randy Moss was the best player in the league outside of the QB's... He'll definitely pass up Rice in a few stat categories and be in the running for best Wideout ever... How is that Shawn Kemp status? The problem is, you're a Raider's fan and blinded by a couple mediocre years and you never really watch Randy Moss outside of sportcenter or nationally televised games
Depends on whether or not he's. The primary reciever like y'all say he is.....if he's not I don't know what he's gon do,I definitly don't expect much if he don't feel like the main guy or is getting enuff catches to his liking....if he is the primary reciever I'm betting he don't get more than 600 yards if he makes it through the season....in TO case I expect him to climb the depth chart and bcome a favorite target...dpending on how quick that happens...I expect 800 yrds if gets in there by week 3 and the qb is average.
And Shawn Kemp comparison is based off the fact Shawn Kemp to me wuz a freak of nature I thought could go down as one of the all time greats but fell too quickly.....my point is without those years in NE moss woulda went down as a special talent we were lucky to see play but certainly his name wouldn't be put next to Jerrry Rice legacy

sure, there were years where TO outclassed him, but moss is like top 3 DOA.

altho I really doubt it. pete is already known for taking some players the league has given up on.....not sure who'll be willing to take TO after pete dumped him.
