Better fight: Bradley vs Ruslan or Ortiz vs Berto

how is Bradley-prov not a war? Ortiz-berto were barely marked up after their fight

Bradley and provodnikov were both fukked up, Bradley nearly had his career ended...that's what wars do

Provodnikov was never in danger of being stopped in that fight. I don't classify fights where only 1 of the fighters are landing huge blows a war.

Yes, Prov was marked up...but it wasn't a see saw affair like Ortiz/Berto, Matthysse/Molina, Guerrero/Kamegai, Figueroa/Arakawa. Bradley showed he has major heart and can take a beating, but I think Ortiz/Berto was more of a war.

There was NO punch in the Bradley/Prov fight that Bradley threw that had me like

Bradley vs Ruslan for me. Two evenly matched styles & we got a war with barely a lull in the action. That fight was similar to Corrales vs Castillo but w/o the ending. I'd say it's on par with Gatti vs Ward 1 but on a higher skill level.

I honestly think Bradley/Ruslan was the better fight. It was fought more on even terms throughout the fight and it got progressively better until it climaxed at the end when Provo officially put Timmy on his ass.

Berto/Oritiz was good in it;s own right. It had the best single round and the flashier more showy punches being landed, but the fight kinda died a bit after the 8th round. It kinda went to the whole silent agreement mode. Whereas Bradley/Ruslan kept going hard until the final bell.

Berto/Ortiz = good to very good fight
Bradley/Ruslan = great fukking fight.

Molina/Matthysse doesn't belong up there with those two. It was a lil too one-sided overall. Same thing with Kirkland/Angulo.

Izzy Vasquez/Rafeal Marquez 3 is better than all 4 of those fights above and often gets forgotten when talking about great fights.

re-watched Bradley/Ruslan today....rounds 1-6 you got no break in the action seeing Bradley going beastmode in rounds 4/5(throwing 100+ punches laned over 40%) was crazy after those mammoth shots he ate
