You may be getting a new gangster type show with Snowfall on FX. Its about the beginning of the crack epidemic in LA (comes from John singleton though

If you're talking about a new italian mobster show, just check out Gomorrah on Netflix.
If you're strictly keeping it young Sopranos: they burned that bridge with Terrence Winter, Gandolfini passed away (not that they had to be involved but it would help, Matthew Weiner is doing a new show for Amazon, and David Chase (the creator is doing some ode to early Hollywood miniseries for HBO). We can always hope though
