transformers analogy doesnt work in this case breh...Transformers is a popular brand, that will always make money, no matter how trash ass it is. People watched BCS on a weekly basis. And the ratings prove you are wrong.

i watchd the first 6 episodes, it was aight, nothing special. and in terms of the ratings, it did well with the initial episode and trended downward ever since. not a good sign

I liked it but the reviews for the 1st few episodes were overhyped. A few reviews I read put this on the same level as breaking bad. One review even said that it could end up being better than Breaking Bad. Then I watched the first few and I wasn't nearly as into it as I was after seeing the pilot for B.B. I was disappointed but it was still good so I kept up with it for the rest of the season. I think Vince was trying to separate the show from the B.B. universe before it brings you back into it. Hopefully we'll get to see more of the "Saul" we know in the next season.

exactly... once the nostalgia wears off what do you have? a very average if not below average show

It was soild, I think alot of people were expecting Saul Goodman from BB, fast talking with slick one liners...

But instead they spent the 1st season giving us the backstory on him and Mike which I appreciated.... I expect it to ramp up with season 2 but it was a cool lil show....

For the people who thought it was trash, I would be interested in knowing what were you expecting from the show?

i would have liked to have seen more interaction with Tuco.... that was great... honestly the ONLY highlight of the 1st season...

or how he got his connect with Gus... anything really... sh*t was just not fun or exciting

It wasnt bad but it felt absolutely pointless.

Hes not a strong enough character to carry a show.

The fact the best episode of the season wasnt about him, with about 5 mins screen time, says it all.

Its living off BB nostalgia and nothing more.
