it exists, but it's not static. in some contexts, dudes can be beta, in others, they are alpha.
some people act as alpha males in every context, but end up looking stupid because they're in over their head. thus making them beta males
this can be situation to situation or it can be an evolution over time. betas can become alphas and alphas can become betas.
so all in all, be confident in yourself and this shyt takes care of itself.
Exactly, all it boils down to self respect. If you respect/love yourself and are confident in your abilities then you are an alpha male. This translates itself to every aspect of your life.
