I'm voting based on the disparity between Ibushi's ringwork and Naito's being greater than the disparity between their character work, to me, personally. But it was close. So I used my opinion on their potential had they lost their greatest career influencer - try and figure out who they could have been without that one fateful alteration. Try and figure out who these nikkas are in their 'base form'. As good a tiebreaker as any to me closest I can think of to judging these people in a vacuum for the sake of the tournament. Keep me from buckling to nostalgia like some votes I seent.
