I just remember reading an article specifically about Apples, I'm sure its density in fiber has something to do with it. But from personal experience as well, whenever I eat a nice big ass apple I feel pretty full. Honeycrisp applescool, is it strictly apples tho? I know its rich in fiber, but do other fruits have the same effect like bananas?
