The best mouse trap plan I’ve ever come across uses a five gallon bucket, a dowel, and a tin can. It’s so simple and effective that there is never any reason you should buy commercial snapping mouse traps or poison.

Step 1: Drill holes at the top of the bucket, on 2 opposite sides

Step 2: Drill holes in the middle of each flat side of a soda can

Step 3: Insert a dowel through the bucket holes and the soda can holes, to end up with a unit that looks like the image.

Step 4: Bait with peanut butter and add a ramp for the mice to get up.

Step 5: Fill the bottom few inches with water if you plan to kill the mice, or leave it if you want to release them somewhere or feed them live to your cats!

Or just buy these:

I've tried them both, and the bucket thing works really well.

:ohhh: Did you invent that, if you did u might have an investment on your hands

People stay saying that. What does the cat do? Does he eat the mice? Will it leave skeletons and shyt lying around :merchant:

Yea...they'll eat them.
My cat'll catch a mouse, toss it around/play with it until it's dead then eats the top half of it and leave the butt/tail part for us to clean up, :stopitslime:. It's disgusting but she does actually help keep them away.

I have never had mice in my life of living out of my parents crib until this winter when it got cold. I dunno where they came from, but I had those snappy traps from the pic, and caught like 6 or 7 of them with them shyts. then my wife found some in the closet while cleaning and sucked them up with the vaccum. I also killed one of them by smashing it with a broom and then tossing it in the toilet.

and my dog caught one and ate it :scusthov:

we saw him do that shyt. but after catching them, I sealed up the small holes in my closet corner and behind the sink where the pipes come in with steel wool, and I haven't see any mice since then.

the peanut butter on the trap works like a charm. they had been coming out at night and eating the dog food out the bowl on the floor in the kitchen.

I had cats for years up until 2010 when our last cat got killed outside. when we had cats, we NEVER saw a mouse in the crib. cats don't play that shyt.

its never just one mouse like dude said.. so the traps are pointless... buy the poison place it all around ur house... mice eat that shyt go back to their burrough underground and die... so u dont have to worry about cleaning anything up either

u dont want the poison. cuz they will eat the poison, then go back inside your walls or wherever and die and stink up your house :scusthov:

go with the traps. we caught multiple mice for like 3 or 4 days, and a couple more after that, and then they were gone. no more mouse droppings or anything after that.

btw, these

are so much easier to set than the classic wooden traps. I remember using those wood traps in high school to make some kinda mouse trap car back in science class and snapped my fingers sooo many times with them. those little plastic ones are easy as hell to set and almost impossible to snap your fingers in them, unless u deliberately set them off by hand.

for all the niqqas crying about the water contraptions being "cruel", how is it any less humane than glue traps? When the mice get stuck in the glue, they will often rip off fur, skin, sometimes limbs in an effort to escape --- plus you have to dispose of them once caught (they arent dead), and there is a potential for biting since the mouse is frantic to get off and the traps arent that big. Yo, I used to live at frat house that was infested with them on and off. Im like the crocodile hunter of mice, I done seen it all.

this is the best one. however if it's a fat greedy mouse he may try to eat the entire brick in one sitting... then he will sh1t himself to death and you'll have to get him, his stomach, and his droppings up.
