Mornings suck for me... They just do. :manny: Monday I went to my compound lifting gym around 10:30 and I was good :smugbiden:. That's the best I can do as far as mornings go. Afternoons and nights aren't a problem.

Mornings for me ... I don't want to deal with a lot of people asking me how many sets I have left :beli:

I think my body is used to me working out in the morning now ... on the rare occasions that I go in the evening, I don't feel as good as I do in the morning

I love lifting in the morning and playing ball at night.

I used to struggle to lift in the AM, but I started waking up an extra 30-40 minutes earlier, eating a light breakfast and just chilling for a while before I had to leave....workouts felt MUCH better.

I don't think there is a 'best' time to lift, although I lift at night due to my schedule, I have lifted in the morning and afternoon and felt no different

Unfortunantly I don't have the time of day so I have to make time. I break it down where I lift during my lunch hour usually aroun noon, and do cardio in the afternoon when I get off at 5-
