Muscle Pharm Combat 100% whey protein powder would be my go to protein. My usual mix consist of Water + Banana + Almond milk for breakfast and after work I might add low fat peanut butter if I don't plan on eating.
Ive tried Muscle Milk, that Walmart brand, and Gold Standard, all 3 didn't mix well just water added or had funny taste after a while. I think Muscle Milk was was the worst, I ditched a 5lb bag half way thru cause the taste was horrible.
