I mean it should be Kendrick, dont necessairly think you have to drop an album in that year to be the best rapper
Was the MMLP 2 that bad?
I'm only asking because this was a dry year and Shady came through with those pop records.
Denying the guy who wrote "Rap God" a spot here
GKMC was 2012.2014 was much more worse than 2013
GKMC was still in heavy rotation
Nipsey, Tyler , Tyga , YG and Game Jesus Piece (December of 2012) all was in heavy rotaion with their cuts
Wayne's last year of real relevancy
Tity Boi dropped a solid sophomore album
Summer of 13 had Jay , Yeezy , Cole, Wale, Ferg, Juicy J, Mac Miller all drop albums no matter how those albums were , it's always good to get music from the big artist in the summer
Again, you're giving a year credit b/c music was constantly dropping?Go look @ my post regarding 2013 to Ant Barr , 2013 wasn't the golden age but there was nothing bad with it and there was constant music dropping
He dropped that trash ass album with Future though.Damn
Between 0-100, Hotline Bling, and Back to Back he owned 2015 and Im not even a fan
Numbers on the Board was amazingsong is so ass til today but Suicide is my shyt
It was amazing breh. That Saigon album was pretty good too even tho it was supposed to drop in like 05
If Tyler or Wiz don't win 2011
And Prodigy was still lyrically mediocre on that lp but he gets a mention?
I'm 36 breh. Don't ever compare me to these 35 year old hip hop babies. This shyt is for 35 year old 90's rap stans the closer you get to the present the more out of touch the polls become, shyt is straight up revisionist history...
Roc Marciano and Killah Priest were non-factors culturally, they made shyt for a niche fan base they made no real noise.
