Nas took all of Jay-Z's swag and sent that nikka off to Europe for reflection.
Ain't no WAY you can be the "MVP" of that year after getting sonned so soundly.
On top of that Nas dropped a fantastic album.
Let's also not forget that he sonned the entire Roc-A-Fella click with the stillmatic freestyle, went to war with Lyrical titans like Mega and Prodigy, and STILL came out on top. If that's not an MVP banner year then I don't know what is..

Stillmatic was a great comeback album but that doesn't make it blueprint status.

Nas went on the recorded and said he cried when he heard Against All Odds so all of his accolades that year are taken away because of that?
