Hakeem was originally a football (soccer player). A goalie at that. You're than gonna get more fluid than him. Especially not a hard-body type like LeBron.

It's not Lebron's fault. He grew up playing basketball and american football. Those dont teach fluidity much. at least not from F's and C's
LeBron was an all state WR... They practice fluidity in route running all the time..

Edit: Duncan and kg were pretty good in their prime. They still have good low post footwork.

No mention of Marc Gasol?? Big Spain's footwork is top notch, you can tell he's a soccer player. Zbo and a healthy Bosh also up there as well.

Only position in american football that i would say requires a good level if not great fluidity is CB. WR run a route. CB is reacting quickly to WRs cuts and moves. WR doesnt come close to that of a CB. Let alone close to a soccer goalie that has to be able to cover 8 meters on instinctive moves and dives.
