nikka please, Blazing Saddles, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Death Wish, and Claudine are piff.

I tried to re-watch Blazing Saddles a few months ago. Its probably not fair to judge the movie this way, but it didn't really make me laugh out loud. I think you "had to be there" to really appreciate the jokes, and the first time I saw the movie was years later.

80's comedies hold up much better for me, even though I understand that 80's comedy wouldn't exist without Richard Pryor and Mel Brooks in the 70's.
