DONT DO IT, i was taking something like 2000mg , everything was all good til like two weeks in, and i had the worst testicle pain for like a couple of days, am talkin bout this shyt knocked me down for a couple of days never again

Only side effects I've heard is that it may cause breakouts... But it hasn't happened to me...
I only take 600 mcgs a day though..

I've been taking 1000mcg of biotin a day for about a month and a half now and I've experienced no side effects, breakouts, testicle pain
