For me it would be in no particular order besides AJ which is number one regardless:
-AJ Styles (nobody's touching him right now in the WWE)
-Roman Reigns (love him or hate him, you can't deny he shows OUT during PPV's especially)
-Kevin Owens (talk him about him being fat all you want, but he's one of the most athletic guys right now)
-Sami Zayn (not a fan of him as a person or the gimmick, but can't deny he's a workrate kind of guy)
-Rich Swann (he's fun to watch and one of the few who does actual cruiserweight sh_t)
-Neville (he's carrying the cruiserweight division right now and he's strong as f_ck for a guy that is a cruiserweight)

I mean, if we talking about talent/potential then yeah, Reigns could take 1 or 2 spots back. But aside from AJ he's been their most consistent performer in the past 2 years, that's why I'd put him there.
